What is a Concussion?
A concussion is a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that happens as a result of the head and brain moving too quickly back and forth. The rapid movement, often caused by a blow or jolt to the head or body, can cause physical and chemical changes in the brain. This makes it more difficult for brain cells to function and communicate, resulting in a variety of symptoms like headaches, dizziness, and intolerance to mental and/or physical activity. treat many neuromuscular conditions including headaches, TMJ, low back, sciatica, knee & shoulder pain. Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) is highly effective in the treatment of chronic pain conditions, we write more about this technique below.
